Return Policy:
Every Hoffee case is made to order and is custom fitted to a specific instrument. We do not accept returns for any reason other than defect in workmanship or materials. Any return must be authorized by Hoffee Cases, Inc.
One year Warranty:
Hoffee Cases are warranted to be free of defect in material and construction for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original owner. The finish of the case is not warranted. Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace any item found to have been defective in materials or manufacture under the terms stated here. Hoffee Cases' liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective items. Warranty is void if repair or attempt to repair by customer or unauthorized repair person has been made. In order to execute repairs under warranty, all shipping, packing, insurance and other costs incurred other than labor and materials covered under this warranty will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Damage caused by either normal wear, or by misuse, accident or neglect is not covered. Damage to instruments or other personal property being stored and transsported in Hoffee Cases is not covered by this warranty.
